Ticker
Definition
The ticker reports the last traded price for a market pair on a given exchange. It updates on every trade and remains the last price until the next trade occurs.
The same asset can have different last prices across exchanges and market pairs. Ticker data is provided per exchange and per market pair, identified by exchange name and market code.
Details
Ticker data updates in real time. It provides the last price, open, high and low, change in price and percent change versus the previous day, cumulative traded value and volume, and cumulative buy and sell volume. Open, high, low and cumulative figures are aggregated from 09:00 KST.
The trade ID, trade date, trade time and timestamp identify the last trade. The REST API returns the ticker at the time of the request; WebSocket streams it in real time.
